You are invited to present at the Media-over-IP Technology Pavilion Theater at the AES 2024 Convention in New York

AIMS is once again very pleased to be partnering with AES to promote and educate the industry about media networking open standards with the popular Media-Over-IP Pavilion at the 2024 AES New York show (October 8-10, 2024). The Media over IP Pavilion Theater will feature a continuous program of presentations for a one-day event on October 9, covering the latest developments in this constantly evolving field.

Applications for presentations in the Media-over-IP Pavilion Theater are now being accepted and the deadline for proposal submissions will be July 30, 2024.

The Media-Over-IP Pavilion will address all professional media networking topics, with particular emphasis on the AES standard, specification in the AIMS Roadmap, and case study presentations. Its focal point will be the Media-Over-IP Pavilion Theater, which will host a continuous program of 30-minute presentations covering the latest developments in this constantly evolving field.

The call for presentations is open to end users, industry associations, solutions providers, and technology developers, who are invited to share their knowledge and perspectives on how developments in IP networking will impact the broadcast and pro AV industries.

The deadline for submissions is July 30th. Act now to submit your presentation proposal. Remember, speaking slots are limited!

Notice: By making this submission, all presenters hereby agree to allow video/audio recording of their presentation, photography in the AV-over-IP Technology Pavilion area, and publishing of PDF versions of their presentations. *
Furthermore, all selected presenters consent to permit use of their name, industry affiliation, and likeness for publicity and promotion. *
NOTICE: Submission does not guarantee selection - only a limited number of timeslots are available during the three-day exhibition. Some presenters may be asked to give their presentations multiple times during the convention. While the pavilion organizers will try to accommodate the requests of speakers, the overall schedule, running order, and selection or rejection of papers is at the sole discretion of the AV-over-IP Pavilion organizers.
