How Can the Delivery of IP Broadcast Workflows be Simplified With the Adoption of IS-12 Control Protocol 

This presentation introduces the IS-12 Control Protocol (work in progress), one of the latest NMOS specifications provided by AMWA. We will outline an end-to-end scenario typically found in a ST 2110 compliant IP Broadcast facility and touch on the key roles that an NMOS Broadcast Controller/Orchestrator tool plays in that facility and that workflow. E.g., from signal acquisition to signal monitoring, including parameters adjustment and finally leading to the desired edited material ready for distribution.
