AES New York 2024 is in the Books
At AES New York 2024, AIMS once again collaborated with the Audio Engineering Society (AES) to bring the popular Media-Over-IP Theater to attendees at the Javits Convention Center. During this exclusive one-day event, all professional media networking topics were addressed at the Media-Over-IP Theater, with particular emphasis on the AES67 standard, specifications in the AIMS Roadmap, and case study presentations.

The IP Showcase on the Water made its return to IBC2024, and was once again a must-see event. This year at IBC, the IP Showcase comprised six one-hour cruises on canal cruise boats. Each cruise featured two 20-minute sessions led by top speakers from companies including Lawo, Skyline Communications, Dolby, Imagine Communications, Qvest, Swiss Radio and Television (SRF), Megapixel, Harper Vision, Matrox Video, NSI2 Consulting, and Appear.

The IP Showcase Is Ready to Set Sail at IBC2024
IBC2024 is just around the corner, and the IP Showcase on the Water will again be a must-see highlight. The free, one-day event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, on canal cruise boats launching from Strandzuid at the RAI in Amsterdam. Complimentary registration is now open to reserve a seat for any of the six one-hour cruises. Each cruise will accommodate up to 35 attendees and feature two 20-minute sessions for industry experts, for a total of 12 presentations on a wide range of IP-related topics.

AIMS Puts IPMX in the Spotlight at InfoComm 2023
InfoComm 2023 was a smashing success, and AIMS was there to host a live interoperability demonstration of the Internet Protocol Media Experience (IPMX™) standard. Several AIMS members including Barco, Macnica, Matrox, Megapixel-VR, and Plexus AV also provided their own demonstrations of a IPMX products at the show and gave 15-minute presentations on a variety of IPMX-related topics. Offered in a mini-theater in AIMS’ booth, seven different introductory, intermediate, and advanced sessions were available — covering everything from an introduction to IPMX to gateways between IPMX and other media protocols.

All Eyes on IPMX at InfoComm 2023
